Review4You is operated by an individual sole trader based in Queensland, Australia.

By creating an account, subscribing, or making any payment to Review4You (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use our software or related services.

2.1 “Service” refers to the Review4You software platform, tools, integrations, and all related offerings.
2.2 “User” refers to any individual or entity subscribing to or accessing the Service.
2.3 “Subscription” means the paid plan, either monthly or annual, granting access to the Service.

3.1 Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via your chosen payment method.
3.2 Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
3.3 Users may cancel at any time through their account settings. Access will remain until the end of the current billing cycle.
3.4 Review4You reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Any change will apply to the next billing cycle.
3.5 Refunds are generally not provided except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Review4You is intended for normal business use. Excessive or abusive usage (including automated requests or high-volume integrations beyond fair limits) may result in throttling, additional charges, or suspension. Review4You will provide advance notice if usage exceeds fair use limits.

Users may connect the Service to third-party tools such as Google, Zapier, or CRM systems. Review4You is not responsible for data handling, privacy, or reliability of external integrations, and use of such services is at your own risk.

Review4You collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on our website. We take reasonable measures to safeguard all user data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may compile anonymised, aggregated data derived from user activity for analytics, benchmarking, or marketing purposes. No personally identifiable information will be disclosed in such analyses.

All software, code, interfaces, trademarks, and content within Review4You remain the exclusive property of Review4You or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Service for business purposes only.

We may update these Terms or modify the Service at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Notice of updates will be provided on our website or by email. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10.1 Review4You may suspend or terminate accounts immediately if the user breaches these Terms, payment is overdue, or activity is unlawful or harmful to the Service.
10.2 Upon termination, access to data may be disabled. Users are encouraged to export their data prior to account closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Review4You excludes all warranties not expressly stated herein. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.
